The free calculator on this site is built for a quick, one-off quote. The desktop app is for shops that quote every day and want to keep the history: save and search every quote you've built, keep a simple customer list, and hand your customer a branded PDF instead of a screenshot — all stored locally on your own PC, no account and no cloud required.

What it adds
Saved & searchable quotes
Every quote is saved locally and stays exactly as it was when you sent it, even after prices move. Search and filter by customer, date, quote number, or material, and track each one as draft, sent, won, or lost.
Customer records
A lightweight customer list — attach quotes to a customer as you build them, and pull up their full quote history without digging through old files.
Branded PDF output
Your logo, shop details, and terms composed into a professional quote PDF your customer receives — instead of a screenshot of the calculator.
It carries over the full calculator from this site unchanged — material pricing, labor, and markup — and works offline, with prices falling back to the last cached values and a visible "as of" date when there's no connection.
